Bridging Fido modem to Edgerouter not getting wan / public ip

HI, I would like to ask if anyone knows how to fix this issue im facing.

currently trying to bridge my fido modem to my ubiquity edge router x, i have disabled the gateway functionality of the modem and plug that to my edge router x eth 0 which is configured to DHCP.

however i cant seem to get an ip address from the modem (Public IP). can anyone help me?

They can be reached 24/7 by phone or live chat here. While we do not support or service third party routers, they would be able to go over the Fido modem's configurations with you.
