I have cancelled my fido internet connection, and deposited my modem to the near by retailer the next day itself. it was almost a month ago and today i got a mail saying i have an invoice for 245.99. which i dont understand, i cleared all my dues and my package was for unlimitted internet usage

Have you had a chance to look at your bill details? And were you given a receipt or some sort of confirmation when you returned your modem?
