starting to get very frustrated. We pay for a 30mb service and im lucky to hit 5.... can someone please assist we've been cellular customers for best part of 11 yrs and have raved about fido but when it comes to internet seem to be behind the times..... i want nothing more than to stay but may need to choose another.
is anyone else going through anything similar?

I really get how frustrating this can get!
Have you done the speed test while on WiFi or off Wi-Fi? Can you try connecting your cellphone to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi network and do another test while standing close to the modem for the most accurate results?
Also, have you checked out this page on how you can optimize your Internet speed and Wi-Fi?
