All Lights up, still no internet

This morning I got my Fido Internet and see 1 Green, 2 Blue and 1 Green light solid/stable on the modem from top and still dont get the internet. Can you please help?

I tried connection from other wall outlet.. with no luck

I tried couple of reboots with no luck.

Did you had a chance to power down the modem and trying again?
