Why is my discount not applied?

It says that my Monthly Fees for Payment Program is 48.38$. I just got a new phone today and Fido told me that there's a discount and I'll only pay 26$. How come it's not stating the discount? Also, what is the 10$ automatic payments discount? Does t...
