I set the bill as an automatic payments for the first month, but the payment was not automatically made within the deadline, so I paid manually after the payment deadline was passed. But the bill for delivery was repeatedly charged in the bill that was charged this time.

what should I do? I heard that there was a penalty of $50 if I couldn't pay within the payment deadline, but the penalty was not charged, and the bill that was paid were included.

Hello HoyeonLee,

  Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear of your situation. It is unfortunate you were not aware it was necessary to also make a one-time payment for the first month when setting up automatic payments (see here). It's possible they did not receive your payment until after your new bill was generated. That could explain why the charge shows on that bill. You should be able to verify your payment was applied to your account via your My Account. The Account Overview should provide the Total balance on your account.

There is a late fee if payment is not received by the payment due date. However, it isn't a fixed amount. The late payment charge would be 3% per month (see Terms of Service).

Hope this helps 😀
