I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years.  This new feature of having to wait 2 friggin days for a simple resolution is absolutely ridiculous.  Today was to be my call back and it passed 1 hour and still no call..  Why are there NO LIVE PEOPLE TO TALK TO??????

Vigin Plus Mobile has a plan. I called them up on Saturday, Nov 26, 2023 and was offered this Plan. They will mail out the sim card and I have 30 days to activate it.

Good morning @lucadad , I get how frustrating that is. I highly recommend that you reach out to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook to have a conversation over direct messaging with a real person. Way less stress and no waiting for the phone to ring. Almost like texting 😉
