How long to receive an order for new phones?

I ordered new Samsung S24FEs during the pre-Boxing Day sale on Dec 19th. It is now Jan 17th and I have yet to receive them, even though they are in stock at local Fido/ Rogers stores. Get your act together Fido!

Good morning @Sam8JL , sorry to hear that you haven't received your device yet. Did you go to a corporate store when you checked inventory? Did you contact Fido customer service about the status? We cannot access customer accounts, we are a community forum. You can contact Fido support from your existing device by calling *611, or in your app on the support tab. Also you can contact Fido support through one of the options mentioned www.fido.ca/support. Hopefully you will get the answer you're looking for.
