Fido phones are not working past 5 days!

Can't make or receive calls/texts on the Fido home and cell phones since Friday Sept. 1st '23; Jack said there's a issue in our area, N0L 2P0.

What is the problem and when can we get our services back? The cell phone screen says: 911 emergency only.

The issue was resolved this morning I suppose as I didn't try the phones till after 12 noon today. The nearest Fido/Rodgers store is 40 minutes away, in London, ON. If there's a next time, I'll try there. I did reach a 'specialist' who acknowledged the problems and offered to help.

Since you are experiencing the same thing on your Fido home phone and there are no reported issues in the area, I would suggest you contact customer service and have them look into your account, since your phones are down I would suggest you contact them either by chat or through social media, you can get the direct links here.

 

You can also try visiting a Fido corporate location and have them look into your account.
