Worst services ever.. misguided me by saying, noCAN-US calling included in my plan and then charges me $45 for that in my bill.

  Sorry to hear you feel you were mis-informed with regards to calling to the US. You should note that this is the community forum and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not know what was previously discussed. Only some plans in Québec and Ottawa include calling to the US. If you do not live in those regions, I'm not sure why you might have been told the plan included those calls.


  If you do require regular calls to the US, Fido does offer an Unlimited US Calling add-on as well as their Preferred International Rate add-on (see here).


  If you wanted assistance with your issue, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
