I've pretty much had it with Fido at this point. One Rep sells me on a plan that apparently is too good to be true and I verbally sign off on it over the phone, and now apparently it's too good to be true and they won't honour it. They also refuse to listen to the phone recording after I've asked them twice to do so. They then refuse to take ownership over falsely explaining US calling on my plan, and not make a waive charge. All while still charging me for a new activitation fee when they told me it would be covered for a new phone I purchased when getting that above false plan. WHAT A CONSISTENCY OF MESS.
Also the reps I speak to on the phone make me pull teeth for information. Never openly helpful, always doing the bare minimum to make the call go away.
I've just had it with a company that has ZERO value in its customers

Lawyer up and hit em the only place they care: their wallet. If you have recordings, it should be pretty cut and dry.

Hello @Ehabtom24,
Welcome to the community!
You did not give the details of what the plan should have according to what you had understood so I can not comment on that, as for the fee if you were told it will be covered what I suspect is happening is usually when doing an upgrade through customer service or at a store you will get charge the fee the only way to avoid it is to do it yourself online, often times stores and customer service would have a promotion where they would waive this fee and what happens is you will be charged the fee and then receive a credit on your 2-3rd invoice.
