A way to improve the community could be a way to showcase customer experience and testimonials you have, but in store, let people write an email or a piece of paper and showcase in that specific store, it'd be cool for the employees and for new and existing customers to see the hard work you guys do! I think everything is great in the community of Fido, keep up the good work!
