I been with fido for more than 20 years 3 lines on my account until last week that i call customer service to fix an issue with one of my plans that i upgrade for my son on dec the customer service rep was no help saying theres nothing that i can do it is what it is and raised the voice on me no help received and cost fido to loose 3 lines and a old customer so sad they have people with no maners serving people
