Be careful with whatever promotions you’re signing up with FIDO, even If I’ve been with them for over 20 years, this company changed drastically over the years, it used to be so good with loyalty customers and now, you’re just nothing to them. ADVERTISING MISLEADING PROMOTION, you should fire your head of marketing for not knowing how to put out properly worded promotions. If that is how you conduct your business now, I wish your company luck, no wonder you cannot retain customers like you guys used to. Plus I was charged with a full month even if I only used it for 2 days and still haven’t received a refund, if $500 is what your loyal customer worth to your company, go ahead but every single person that i hear connected to ROGER/FIDO will hear how bad your company is now. I thank you for all those years I stayed loyal to your company. I fully regret it.

Why would I do that? I don't need resolution on my case anymore and I left your network already, All i wanna do now is to make people aware how bad your company is, if you guys really wanted to retain a customer, your managers who i spoke to before should have fixed the issue at the time it was happening, when I asked them to look at the case, not when I decided to leave already then you start saying call your company again to have a specialist looked into the matter, what kind of fraudulent "you care" attitude is that? How do you guys sleep at night, giving out fake care attitude?
