don't have the time to ask Jack 10 times what I want to do I want to call and be put through to a live person not get in line to talk to someone an app I have 3 cell phones that i pay over $ 250.00  a month i will take  my service to BELL watch ME

Ask jack does suck! Not impressed that I couldn't even call and speak to someone.  I could overlook the outages even....but I think I might have to leave this company.

I completely agree! I just want to talk to someone too. Seriously considering leaving. A phone company....and you can't even talk to someone on the phone! Ask jack sucks!

It does suck, Fido leaves the hard work to the customers to answers stupid questions with stupid robot JACK
