As you know we’re always working to bring improvements to the Community and make this place better for all of you. We received some member suggestions this year about implementing an FAQ section, and we listened. Introducing the Community Library, THE place to find support articles for both Fido and the Community.
Wondering how to unlock your phone? Trying to figure out how to upload a profile pic? You guessed right; it’s all in the Library!
Each article in the Library is Fido approved, so you know it’s accurate. If you have any suggestions for new articles, let us know in the comments below.

How do I get to the Library?
For desktop: Select Library in the grey navigation bar (above the image), next to Forums. For mobile, you’ll find the link in the welcome section (to the left of the image).
How do I search the Library?
Use the search tool as you would in any other section of the Community. You can also set the tool to search within the Library only.
