Had the same company always moderated this, or has this changed recently?

compare June and July 2022 winners and tell me if the lists seem odd, for any reason whatsoever.

thanks, Claudia.

Questions - I have just read the rules and have some concerns:

1) How can people enter, who don't have service and mail an entry? I ask because you say it will be in essence 'one-time credit representing one year of Fido service based on the winner’s mobile or internet monthly service fee'. What if they don't have any internet, or cell service at all, with any provider?

It doesn't limit it to just Fido service, but service, so that's weird, right? Contest is open to all, well I'm sure someone out there has no service, and may enter by mail.

2) Why the cop out, Part 1:
'any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, relating in any way to the Contest, including those errors, problems or difficulties that may relate to the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the advertising of the Contest, the announcement of any prize or prize winner, or the cancellation or postponement of any event. ' - ok, why?

3) Why the cop out, Part II:

'
The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest or amend these Official Rules at any time, for any reason whatsoever, subject to prior approval by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, if legally required. '  - ok, but why? I mean, couldn't you say, 'we're cancelling the contest because humpty dumpty fell down', since it can be cancelled for 'any reason whatsoever'.

3) Why the cop out, Part III:

16. HOW DO THE RELEASEES LIMIT THEIR LIABILITY?

The Releasees assume no liability for the following:

  1. (a) stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, jumbled, or garbled entries, transmissions, email, mail, or other communications;
  2. (b) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, processing, or communication;
  3. (c) failures or malfunctions of, or difficulties with, computer hardware or software, telephones, telephone lines, telephone systems, or network, cable, satellite, server, or website connections;
  4. (d) printing, typographical, or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements, or in Contest-related materials;
  5. (e) incorrect or inaccurate information, including where caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated or used in connection with the Contest;
  6. (f) injury or damage to any computer or other device resulting from or otherwise related to participation in the Contest, the use of any website, or the downloading or accessing of any materials;
  7. (g) anyone being incorrectly or mistakenly identified as a winner or potential winner; and/or
  8. (h) any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, relating in any way to the Contest, including those errors, problems or difficulties that may relate to the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the advertising of the Contest,

I mean, are you serious? Please compare and contrast the following: scrambled, damaged, mutilated, jumbled, and garbled.

4)  '
The prize is provided “as is” without representation or warranty of any kind by the Sponsors'.

How would a credit break anyway, aside from being depleted? I mean, it's a credit, and yet, you have 'mutilated' for data, and nothing regarding a total tab amount awarded, and the depletion of such, what happens to the associated credit if the winner in question upgrades witin the 'year' to a higher plan? Or if you raise prices, even? A mention of covering services for one calendar year, from the time they accept? You give a maximum prize, no minimum. This is awkward.

5) Sure, you'll probably disqualify me for being 'unsportsmanlike' now, which is fascinating, like, I only got the rules now, after I have questions. How many people who enter even read that?

6) Company used: Pricelogic - A Clarence Commerce Company, - which has a current rating of 1.95/5.00 on the Better Business Breau site, a lot of the people who say they have won from other contests, and they have less than rave reviews.

 They are in the US. Is there not a Canadian Company that could have got the contract? Thanks!

How can I read response when you lock me out for asking critical questions? You haven't even notified me I was terminated, or even on what grounds, thanks.
