Your session has expired

I'm a participant level 1
I'm a participant level 1

When I log in to Fido app on my iPhone, I get 'your session has expired'.  I previously had no problem.  I have tried uninstalling app, restarting phone, reinstalling app, and still get same message.  Help... 


Hi @Nanamom66 , that sounds like a job for technical support. You can call *611 and select tech support have one of those very knowledgeable techies sort it out for you. I  would have suggested the same things that you have already tried. Hope it gets figured out
