Enable third party billing

Hi there Iv recently discovered direct carrier billing or third party billing. I think its a great option to have. Problem is I havnt been able to set it up on my Fido account. Does anyone have some advice on how to to this.

Yes, our customers can enjoy their favorite apps on Google Play and have it billed to their Rogers invoice (direct carrier billing). 

You can change this setting to another method of payment within the Google Play app
