Hello, 

I'm sorry if this is not the right spot for this post, trying to figure out how to get help with this.

I won Urbeats 3 back in Dec 2021 and I still have not received them is this normal?  I can still view it in my Fidoxtra tab until March 15 2022

Hi @Jblanco first off, congratulations on your win. Very cool. I don't know how long it takes for prizes to be shipped but you could try asking customer support using any one of the contact methods listed. Or if you are on Twitter, send a dm to fidosolutions and request assistance with the information on the prize win.
