USAGE button greyed-out

The usage button is greyed out on app I can't access it !!!!

Hello @Leaf_Fan_59,

 

The usage screen should be the default screen the app loads when you open it, try clearing the app cache and make sure you are using the latest version.

i did clear the cache and un install the app and reinstall it and still the usage tap is faded, i am a new customer trying to activate my account

What happens when you try on fido.ca? Does the same thing happen?
