Got my Fido cell phone plan today. I downloaded the MyAccount app, but I can't log in to my account from the Fido app. After entering email and password, It said "Something went wrong. Sorry, we've hit a snag. Please check back later". When log in to my account using internet web browser then it is ok to log in. Help.

Hello @JoeTW , sometimes it takes  while to populate your app. If you close it completely and come back to it later, most times it will load up for you. If it takes longer than a few hours to rectify,  and restarting your device and app doesn't fix the issue, please reach out to technical support by calling *611 on your device or by using any of the methods mentioned Here
