How-to: Using NetworkAid

Ever try watching a video but it just keeps loading and you just hope that it’s not a problem with your phone? Well, with NetworkAid, you can check the status of the network right then and there.

 

You can find NetworkAid in the My Account app under the Support tab.

 

To check the status of the network:

 

  1. Enter your address, and intersection or a postal code
  2. Check the status of the location
  3. You’ll see the status and along with an option to report an issue
  4. To report an issue, tap on Report an issue
  5. Now we’ll need the details, like when it happened, what’s going on, etc.
  6. When you’re done, tap on Submit
  7. To stay updated, tap on Notify When Resolved to get updates by email or text

Who will see my feedback?

Our technical teams will review your feedback to identify and resolve service outages. Your feedback will also be reviewed by our planning teams to prioritize future network enhancements.

 

 

Will you contact me about my completed form?

Unfortunately, we can’t contact customers individually, but each completed form is valued and reviewed equally.

 

 

I think there may be an outage. How do I report it?
