Hour of free data being used but I never started the session!

For some reason my free hour gets randomly triggered without me doing it. It wastes all my hours. I randomly get texts that an hour was used.

1. How often does this happens during your billing cycle?

2. What kind of phone are you using and is it's OS up-to-date?

3. Have you tried to update the app and/or uninstall and reinstall it?
