Getting ''something went wrong'' error

Hi there, 

whenever I try to login into the app, it says "something went wrong" and I'm unable use the app as I have to pay my bill.

Try clearing the APP cache or uninstall and install it, if the problem still persists please see here for all the different ways to pay your bill to ensure you can make your payment on time.
