Hey! Since I downloaded the Fido app I haven’t been able to log into my account to view my bill. It only shows me things like my usage, my messages, Fido Xtra, etc. I am able to log in on my computer just fine, so that’s how I know it’s the app. I even tried deleting the app and changing my password but it still won’t let me view my bill through the actual app. Is this problem occurring with other people as well? I don’t mind viewing my bill through my laptop, but it would be much faster and convenient to be able to do it through the app.
