Hey! Since I downloaded the Fido app I haven’t been able to log into my account to view my bill. It only shows me things like my usage, my messages, Fido Xtra, etc. I am able to log in on my computer just fine, so that’s how I know it’s the app. I even tried deleting the app and changing my password but it still won’t let me view my bill through the actual app. Is this problem occurring with other people as well? I don’t mind viewing my bill through my laptop, but it would be much faster and convenient to be able to do it through the app.

I would just need you to clarify a few things to begin with!
Did you use your email to log in to the App?
Only the account holder would be able to view the bills , assuming you can see it on fido.ca, are you registered as the account holder?

Is your device updated with the latest version? If not could you please update it.
Also, have you tried accessing the App on Wi-Fi and data as well?
