Hello,
I am trying to switch my account to a primary account. However, I can not register as it says the information doesn't match.
The account number and birthday are for sure correct. However, I am not sure what postal code I should enter.
Where can I find the postal code? Logging in with a subscribe account doesn't show these information.

Hi @Wenda , just an afterthought to what @KAPABLE-K told you, if you let the postal code autofill on your device, it adds an extra space at the end. Try backspace to remove the extra space and see if that helps. That has had me scratching my head numerous times. Hope that helps

The postal code would be the one from your billing address, if it is not working then you will need to contact customer service and verify your information and they will be able to assist you.
