5 hours data error

I am trying to use 5 hour data, I logged in to the app when my phone is connected to the wifi and then turn off to use data because I have to use my data to start the 5hours data session. When I click the button to use it, it loads for 10 sec and says there is an error. How can I fix this?

Try clearing the app cache and see if it helps also, make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
