just switched to a plan with unlimited text msg..but in the My Account it still shows 2500..any insights? ***Edited to add labels***

you cant with the 3GS..with iphone 4 if u upgrade to 4.3 and have a data plan >1GB u can use the Personal Hotspot feature

looks like ur on the Edge network..try Settings>General>Network is Enable 3G on or off?
