Have you ever dropped your phone in the water?

It may not be completely sunk.

As soon as possible, take the cover off, take out the battery and SD card and put all in a plastic bag of regular rice for at least 24 hours to dry it out.

Good to know if you don't have insurance on your phone.

Doesn't work as well for most iPhones since you can't open mmost of them.
