Fido sim not functioning abruptly

Hi, my Fido sim seems to be not responding. Incoming calls are going to voice mail and out going calls , text mssg are not going thru. Upon changing the sim to another device, can confidently say that there seems to be a problem with the sim only as the device was functioning. Any thoughts would help!

(device is an iPhone 😎

Welcome to the community!

 

Since you put the SIM in another device and it is not working then your SIM could have just died and you would need to get a new SIM card, the fastest way would be to visit a Fido store.
