Generally on Android phones, go to Settings -> About Device/Phone-> Tap "Build Number" 7 times to unlock Developer Options!
From this menu, Animation and Transitions scale can be changed to make your phone appear faster by speeding up animations!
On LG phones this would be:
Settings > About phone > Software information > Build number
