Just wanna know anyone hv the same issue
Nov19, accept an offer from fido $45-25gb, $10off each month
$200 off from a new phone
so i choose iphone12 mini
but no email, no phone receive
I called fido all they said is someone, from the winback team will call you back within 48 hours
but i wait 48hrs noone call back, so i call fido again, the said the same thing, and again and again
this is really the pain , i spent so much time of calling, and no result , the thing is they already charge for my phone Sad

Hi,

I had the same scenario. In my case the credit card was declined when the win back team processed the order. try checking your credit card of any charge. if you dont see the charges, call the cutomer care and ask them to schedule a call with the win back team. i did the same and got a call back with in 2 days. Hope this helps

@Obee10171 I am in the same boat, Dec 12 around I got the call and Dec 14 initially I called back and since then called numerous times but no response! SAD!!!
