pls walk me through...... how to share my desktop windows 10 shaw internet.. with my fido android cell phone

I do not subscribe to fido cell phone wi fi  Do i have to along with my shaw internet desktop internet service????

If you want to use your home WI-FI on your phone, simply follow these steps:

-Go to Settings

-Connections

-WI-FI (turn on)

-Select your home WI-FI

-Enter the password if needed
