unable to update Droid Razr to ICS?

i've downloaded the update and tried to install 3 times now. each time, the phone reboots and says "update failed!" and nothing happens. i would like to be able to run ICS instead of gingerbread, and it'd be much appreciated if you could help me!

just an idea, did you try via WiFi and via our network just to see if that makes a difference?

@ Community:  Anyone else using the Razr run into this problem?
