I ordered an LG edge 2021.
first order was cancelled because i updated my address (apartment number only), called customer care service the lady told me that it was all fixed and i should receive an invitation to express pick-up. but they cancelled it the second time.
i called customer service, i was transfered to the validation centre, follwed the procedure and then they told me everything was fine now i can re do my order. and then they cancelled it again but this time didn't return the down payment.
I never receive an invitation to pick-up the phone the three times
