FYI Received my new iphone yesterday, spent the evening trying to activate it. Despite reading the instructions:
Log in, go to your account, your phone, look for 'change your sim card'. That particular instruction was nowhere on the website. Finally got hold of customer service this morning....they said, "oh no, you have to phone in to us to activate your new sim card"
So for all of you going crazy trying to find that link...don't bother it's not on the website, just phone customer service!
