"Change sim card" NOWHERE on website

FYI Received my new iphone yesterday, spent the evening trying to activate it.  Despite reading the instructions:

Log in, go to your account, your phone, look for 'change your sim card'.  That particular instruction was nowhere on the website.  Finally got hold of customer service this morning....they said, "oh no, you have to phone in to us to activate your new sim card"

So for all of you going crazy trying to find that link...don't bother it's not on the website, just phone customer service!

It is in fact possible to update your SIM card from My Account.

Once logged in, you can find the "Update your SIM Card" link within the left column, in the "Your phone" section under "My Fido Service".

i can't find this update your sim card, all i can see about sim card related is : "order new sim card"

The "Order new SIM card" option is at the same place than "Update your SIM card" which is higher in the same list of options.
