I received a letter from fido saying that if I go back with them they will only charge me $35 a month with 20ggb of data plus 5 hrs extra per month and even told me that my other family member can have that discount too if we moved back to fido, so ofcourse its a great deal so we move to fido. And now I'm so upset ' when i saw my bill the discount is not applied and charged me for $55 a month plus tax and the agents can't help me ' they said they can't find the promo applied on my accounts. I dont want to oay $55.
