Price on my phone dropped from $30 to 20$ per onth. I bought it a week ago. I tried to contact to the agent but never answered for 4 hours. How can I get the price adjustment via online?
I would imagine the wait time are longer than expected given all the ongoing deals, you can try live chat or message them on social media see here for all the different way to contact customer service.
