pixel 2 XL 128gb vs iphone 8+ 64gb

i'm not a fan fan of iphone but i can give it a try. I got offered the pixel 2 XL 128gb for 129$ or iphone 8+ 64gb for 129$ by planet mobile with the same plan i have with fido except permanent 10gb as all carriers are offering it. 

Now can fido match me up with a better deal ? i've been with you guys since a while now ! what can i do . your prices are higher ...
