missing incoming call and sometimes have difficulty making outgoing ones as well

I had the issue after I change to HTC phone. If you have the same problem, please list you phone model and location you have the problem so hope FIDO will fix the issue.

I have the same problems with my HTC One S. Looks like it's a hardware problem at this point.
