iphone 8plus and all incoming calls are going straight to voice mail

all my incoming calls are going straight to voice mail. i have no idea why but it started happening late yesteday or today. all morning my clients went straight to voice mail. so frustrating. i had my mom was standing right next to me call me and it went straight to voicemail. any advice? not happy.

That's definitively odd and I can understand your frustration. 

Have you tried to reboot your phone to see if the problem persist?
