how to watch streaming video or news clips on Blackberry 8520

Hello -  I would like to be able to watch news clips (eg CBC) on my Blackberry.  Is this possible?  I get a message to download flashplayer and then that my device can't do it.  Same question for sports highlights etc?

To my knowledge Blackberry's do not support Flash.

"The Macromedia® Flash® player is not supported on any BlackBerry smartphones."
