how to turn down the volume on text message tone

anyone know how to turn down the volume on the text message tone? i just got a new tone for incoming text messages and it's kinda loud

Hello again,

On the C1, you can set up the volume under Menu - Settings - Tones. From there, you will be able to select the volume desired for the current active profile.
