how can i change my home address

I am a Fido mobile user and would like to change my home address while keeping the mailing address the same. How can I do so on the Fido website? Thank you!

Here's how to change your address online:



  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click Change Address in the Account Details section.
  3. Fill out all applicable fields and follow the instructions.
  4. A maximum of two changes of address per year can be made on

Hey thank you for your help. However, I can't find the Account Details section under My Account. I can only select "Profile and Settings" and change the billing address under "Billing settings". I need to change the home address because I would like to order a new phone through Fido and have it delivered to my home address, instead of my mailing address. Thank you!
