having trouble retrieving voicemail on my blackberry

Can anybody help me, I need to retrieve a couple of urgent messages from my voicemail but I cannot get out of the loop to set up my voicemail. I have set up my name and message already, but the system appears to be hung up at that point.  It just keeps prompting me to set up a message.  Thanks,

Hi there wendymac,

It sounds like your voicemail  needs a reset. Simply reset the password via your Fido.ca account homepage. If that doesn't resolve the glitch, you'll unfortunately need to call our Solution Center for trouble shooting.
