So this subject is perhaps getting long in the tooth, but I purchased the Xiaomi MI 5S Plus based on the fact it was the international version with dual sim tray capability.
I have used the phone for 3 days and have 2 sims installed. as you can see by photo #1, mobile data is of course on, now on this phone, the APN access is gained by taping the first SIM # or FIDO1 in this case.
When I do so I then have the UI for adding/editing APN's.
I have 2 apn's set up (see attached photos) one for internet browsing while off wifi, the other for presumably MMS (pic and vid sending via text).

So am I totally off the mark?
Do I need to remove the 2nd sim card to set this up?

and am having ZERO luck in being able to send or recieve MMS.
