Where is my phone??

I ordered a new iPhone on May 10th. It is now May 26th and I am still without either my phone or a courtesy update. At no point did Fido let me know when I placed the order that I'd be waiting like this. In fact the confirmation email I received stated I'd be with said phone within 5 business days. What's going on Fido?

That's definitely not the experience we want for you to have. We understand it's important to have upodates related to your order. 

 

We definitely want to look into that for you.
