When to call Apple vs. When to call Fido?

To avoid calling and waiting on hold for tech support, if my Apple device is within the one year warranty, sometimes Fido will address the tech issue, sometimes I get sent to Apple customer service and have to start all over again explaining. What is the best way to determine who to call for what at the outset to avoid duplicating calls and wasting time because both companies have transferred me back to the other at times, each claiming they didn't know what the other directed me to them.

Hey @Brynhendricks

Great question, I understand where you're coming from!

For all service requests under the manufacturer's warranty, you'd need to check with an Apple store or Apple service center since iPhones are not eligible for the Fido Repair & Loaner Phone Service.

If you have a service or network related inquiry that isn't directly related to the iPhone itself though, you can defintiely contact Fido customer service.

Hope this helps Smiley
